“How do you locate a library in a place where people are. One of the things I am concerned about is when I hear people talking about “What can we do in order to get people into the library? As if the goal is to get people into the library. And I think that’s the wrong goal. The goal is to connect people with knowledge and information, ideas and the work that other people have done.”
