Candidates applying for Internship within the Library and Knowledge Centre should demonstrate that they have one or more of the following disciplines, or related subjects, into their syllabi: Knowledge management, digital libraries, web publishing, information needs analysis, political science, international law. They should also have a good knowledge of library operations and related work experience and, if possible, a basic background in international relations.

Interns at LKC will be normally working at the Front Desk, facilitating visitors with locating resources, technology requests, and reference questions, with a focus on Knowledge Management and research. They will also help update and maintain the Portals created by the LKC and focus on knowledge sharing activities

A high level of English language proficiency is required. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is encouraged but not essential.
